SFW HUB: MANCHESTER

Introducing our Hub partners in Manchester… Future Fashion Fair.

Delivering our hub in Manchester is the Future Fashion Fair (FFF), headed by Fergal and Joseph. FFF is a sustainable fashion market, focused on resale of second-hand goods and responsibly made creations by local businesses and designers. Through this platform, Future Fashion Fair aims to educate and empower consumers to make decisions which positively impact both people and the planet, whilst building a community within Manchester’s fashion district. Their mission is to “accelerate the education and adoption of conscious consumption within the fashion industry, to work towards a Circular Economy”.

With a focus on slow fashion, FFF disrupts the ‘fast-fashion’ method of consumption, by showcasing local designers and businesses. By providing a platform for independent brands to promote their work, they are building a community of creatives and fostering creativity in an area famed for its industrial heritage.

Held twice a year, the space in Bent Street, Manchester, hosts workshops, swap shops, industry talks, and food and drinks vendors, making this one of the most exciting creative spaces in the city’s fashion district. With an ethos that is centred on restoring the local area whilst generating demand for sustainable innovation and consumption, FFF are creating a modern landmark in Manchester.

This SFW Hub will be taking place in The Yard, Manchester and will feature a swap shop, market, workshops, food and music plus more. Further details coming soon!

The SFW Hubs will take place on 30 September & 1 October 2023 as part of the wider SFW 2023 event.
