HOW DID WE SUPPORT?

The exhibition ran from July through to October 2022, split into various sections to explore what has contributed to climate change and how we can take action. We lent a hand by:

1. Consulting on the fashion section of the exhibition // giving our take on what a sustainable fashion industry could look like in the future

2. Co-creating a commission piece for the exhibition // working with community partners to create a unique garment, using textile waste

We worked with a variety of organisations and community groups across the year to create the garment. Our design collaborators are Public Footpath and Highgrove Traditional Craft - see their lovely faces below! Also a huge thank you to Bristol Waste Company for supporting us in rummaging through Bristol’s fabric waste to capture some material to use in the project. Keep an eye out for more collaborations as the move ahead on the journey.
